Woodham Academy students all achieved A*-C grades at GCSE General Studies, with half achieving A*/A grades. General Studies is offered as an enrichment activity for the most able students through Woodham Academy’s innovative Year 11 tutor programme.
A dedicated team of Year 11 tutors offers academic study support together with help to choose and apply for courses at college or seek apprenticeships.  This means that almost all students are successful in making the transition from school into further education, employment or training.
General Studies is one of seven subjects at Woodham Academy where students celebrated a 100% pass rate.
