ACORN Residents Ass-ociation will be holding their monthly meeting on Thursday 14th March in the Leisure Centre at 6pm. Some of the subjects being discussed with representatives of livin, Councillors, police and others include. the imminent bedroom tax ramifications. Are Aycliffe Green areas being destroyed by inconsiderate motorists? Who owns the green areas? Review of Town Centre redevelopment. How can we help fill empty shops?

Town improvements – where to next? Do we need or deserve a GP out of hours service? If we do what do we want, extended hours at existing surgeries or a central treatment centre? Are we happy with current service?, Perhaps we could get a GP’s view.
