Sedgefield Water Polo Club travelled with a young and fairly inexperienced team to Lancaster in December to participate in the annual development tournament.  Well done to the born-2006 and younger team who came away in 6th place.  Everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves and had lots of fun.  Some of these players had never competed in polo before.
A more experienced team travelled to Manchester in January for the winter festival where 36 teams – consisting of 468 youngsters – competed. The team worked really hard and lost only one match meaning they came away in fifth place.

Sedgefield Water Polo Club are pleased to introduce levels 8, 9 and 10 in water polo by way of offering FREE sessions for 8 weeks, which is open to anyone wanting to come and try this fun and exciting sport, with the added benefit of being able to achieve a certificate and badge for passing the various stages.
