Sedgefield Racecourse is hoping to attract more family visitors to their track on Sunday 26 January by offering a family fun day that will see free indoor activities offered to children at this winter fixture.
Entry is free for all children under 18 when accompanied by an adult, therefore in terms of value a family ticket of 2 adults & 2 children can be purchased for only £20 for this fixture making this a perfect family day out.
Plus, due to the winter weather the racecourse will be offering families the chance to upgrade for free to the Collins Suite with indoor viewing facilities and a number of free activities for the children to enjoy. These will include: Punch & Judy shows, balloon modelling, creative crafts, bouncy castle, face painting and giant Jenga, Connect Four and Twister.
Plus, children will be given the opportunity to join the Young Hooves Kids Club that is free to join with a welcome goody bag and is designed to make family days out at Sedgefield even more fun for under 18’s. Gates open from 11.30am with racing from 1.10pm.
