The Pioneering Care Centre in Newton Aycliffe is the Hub for the Colour your Life project which provides access to creative and informal learning activities for the improvement of mental health and the development of emotional resilience.  Details of new courses coming soon are as follows:Dig-in Gardening Mondays 10am-12noon. Learn about and take part in wildlife and flower gardening and growing your own vegetables Colour Me Beautiful starts Thursday 15 September 10am-12noon for 6 weeks plus a 1 hour individual colour consultation and make over. Learn how colour can make us look and feel good. Explore make up and accessories that enhances your natural colouring. Pottery starts Thursday 29 September 10am-12noon and 1-3pm for 6 weeks. Learn how to sculpt, glaze and make hand built pottery. Sing for Fun starts Friday 30 September 1-3pm for 10 weeks. Explore your singing voice and its health benefits. If you sing in the shower or sing along with the radio, consider taking this raw vocal skill to new heights.  Dates to be confirmed soon for: Mosaic Making, Holistic Therapy and Family Activities PCP uses professional experienced tutors to deliver these stimulating and inspiring activities.
