Free Keep Safe, Keep Warm, Keep Well Coffee Morning for the over 50’s and carers on October 23rd, 10am – 12noon in the vacant shop, next door to Boyes Store in the town centre.
There will be free electrical testing on any small appliances, particularly those where wiring is wound for storage e.g electric blankets, christmas lights, portable heaters, hairdryers etc. Along with the testing, fleece blankets, room thermometers and high visibility arm bands will be given, while stocks last.
We would encourage people to take advantage of this event in preparation for the coming winter months
