Since January, ‘Chance Drama’ has been formed to provide a safe and fun environment to give singing, acting and dancing lessons to the youth of Ferryhill and surrounding areas. As well as studying for my A-Levels, being a part time dance teacher and finding time for my family and friends – I am producing Ferryhill Stage Society’s first junior show. I am so grateful for this opportunity given to me at the age of 17, and I am so thankful for the talented juniors involved.
We are reaching out to the community, to come along and support us at our upcoming show “When I Grow Up”, a fun medley displaying our youngsters hopes and dreams. From rebellious children, to somewhere only we know – you will not be disappointed with our choice of uplifting, humorous and monumental song choices. Aiming to make our audience give us giggles, tears of joy and of course – applause! Our show is on Friday 28th (7pm) and Saturday 29th (2pm) of July, at Mainsforth Community Hall.
