Neville Residents Association is proud to announce the success of their first organised event at Neville Community Centre, on Saturday 14th April.
Residents from Neville area and beyond attended the Easter Event accompanied by families and friends. Children enjoyed a variety of activities including an Easter Egg Hunt, Face Painting, Bouncy Castle, Tombola stall, raffle, and an Easter Bonnet competition.
Feedback from residents and families was brilliant, they considered it to be well worth the £1 entrance fee. The chair of NRA, Heather Brewster, said “Neville’s Residents Association’s mission is to try hard to improve the lives of our residents and from the good feedback we had we can say we did achieve this by holding this event.
The committee members would like to thank all who attended our Resident’s event, and say a big thank you to all volunteers who worked so hard to bring this activity together. A special thank you to Carol Benson for organising the event, Arun Chandran for taking the photos and to Philip Clark, chair of Horndale Residents Association, who did a “cracking” job as egg hunt man!
Our next Residents meeting will be held in Neville Community Centre on 15th May at 6:30 for refreshments, starting the meeting at 6:45pm. Ideas will be discussed for our next residents’ outing. Please come along, your input is very much needed.
