At Playday Nursery in the pre-school room we have been looking at people who help us.
We have enjoyed a visit to Wilsons Vets, where the children got to see how the Vets care for animals. They now demonstrate this in our own Vets we have set up in the nursery.
The police visited the nursery to talk to the children about how to stay safe. We were allowed in the police van, and set off the siren. In the near future Ben and Jet the police dogs are visiting the nursery.
The fire fighters visited us this week and we learned the importance of 999.  We had great fun both on the fire engine and squirting water out of the hose. We would like to thank the Vet and veterinary nurse, policemen and fire fighters for their time.
