Newton Aycliffe Youth Under 10 Falcons hosted Darlington TSC B in the league this week. The lads started on the front foot and created lots of early chances, only to find the TSC keeper in fine form.
The passing and movement was exceptional and we finally found the net through Tom Jasper. Ht 1-0. Second half started slowly and credit to TSC who battled hard, but we soon upped our game and scored a great team goal.
Tom Jasper’s driving run,  fed the ball out to Declan on the wing, who in turn drilled to the back post for Liam Horner to tap home. 2-0. Alfie Nichol-Brown was bossing the midfield and filled in at defence when called upon.
He had a hand in everything good today and his tackle to feed Tom, who in turn found Declan to lift the ball over the keeper for the 3rd was part of a MoM performance.
