On Sunday 17th June Butterwick Hospice are welcoming all People and Pooches to Auckland Castle for a 5k Dog Walk, (there is a shorter route for anyone less able, older dogs and even blind dogs.)
Dave Thomas (ex England footballer) can’t wait to open our dog walk with his guide dog Hannah, who has helped him greatly. We will welcome all guide dogs on the day of the event also.
Registration is from 9.30am. There will then be classes, stalls and even doggy agility. There will even be a fathers day special pooches competition for the most like their daddy.
The 5k walk will begin at 11.30am, and all dogs will receive a pooches goodie bag (kindly donated by trophy pet foods). Entry is £8, with optional sponsorship and you can sign up online.
