As a Livin tenant myself there are a great many other tenants too who totally oppose the third option. Personally I moved to this house a little more than two years ago and this was to be mine and my wife’s retirement home for the rest of our lives.
I am 72 and my wife is almost 70. We don’t want to move, as we are happy in our present house and dread the thought of 10-15 years of continuous disruption in a partly derelict estate.
