As the season to “eat, drink and be merry” fast approaches not everyone will be happily in control of their alcohol intake and will see it as an excuse to drink more than usual. Loneliness, depression and the added stress that Christmas brings can see drinking levels spiralling way above normal limits.
If you’re concerned or are struggling to control your alcohol intake come along to the AARMS group (Aycliffe Alcohol Recovery and Mutual Support) and let us help and support you to reduce it safely.
We meet every Thursday in Tesco from 11am-1pm and are open as usual in between Christmas and New Year. For more information call Val on 07598 994054.
PLEASE NOTE: The group will be meeting in Love Thy Cupcake shop until after Christmas!
