Dear Sir,
In reply to Councillor Jed Hillary’s letter regarding ‘Thoughtless Horse Riders’. I would have thought the bigger issue was thoughtless dog owners who allow their dogs to foul in the same area and fail to clean up after them! This poses a health risk to children who play in this area and is much more unsightly than a few hoof prints!
I suggest Councillor Hillary opens his eyes to the more serious of the two problems!
