Dear Sir,
Again someone has allowed their dog to foul outside the bungalows in Flynn Court. Does the dog owner not realise his idle and criminal behaviour can have dire health consequences on elderly people in this area?
We should not have to clean up this mess and it can get trodden around. Please have a little thought and stop being so selfish.
If I actually catch the person I will take a photo and show it to the authorities.
