Over the last month or so, there appears to be more and more dog mess on our streets.
Of particular relevance to us, is on Rope Moor Way (which is on our dog walking ‘route’). A particularly large dog (or dogs) is leaving mess all along Rope Moor Way and its owner really needs to be more responsible.
This person needs to be caught in the act and ‘shopped’ to the Local Authority.
To add to the problem the ‘dog mess bin’, which is situated half way around Rope Moor Way, hasn’t been emptied for a while and is overflowing, with dog owners now leaving bags at the foot of the bin which is disgusting.
I’m not sure who is responsible for this, does it lie with the Town Council or the County Council?
