The NEW PATHWAYS TOGETHER local Dementia Awareness group invite you to join us on outings, activities and information talks. The group meets twice a week.
Tuesday 10.00am 1pm Western Area Community House, Silverdale Place dL5 7DX (behind Lindisfarne Nursing Home. the 5 and 5a Arriva bus stop is 2 mins away.)
Thursday 10.30am until 11.30am Newton Aycliffe Youth and Community Centre Burnhill Way (opposite TESCO).
If you are feeling lonely you are welcome to come to these sessions.
