Greenfield are busy getting ready for the New Year and our resolution is to learn something new! We have a range of community learning courses on offer for both adults and young people, including our regular series of courses and some great new opportunities.
As a centre of creativity we hope to encourage and support the local community in learning new skills, developing talent and enjoying themselves in a friendly atmosphere. Our creative courses include Guitars, singing, jewellery making, get making sessions, floral art and painting and drawing – something to please most people! We also offer courses in Yoga, French and Spanish, as well as a programme of weekly sessions for those wanting to exercise their bodies and minds.
For young people we have guitars, singing, and get making sessions, as well as hosting the county orchestra and community choir run by Durham Music Service.
