• DCC has adopted a new strategy aimed at improving services and life opportunities for children and young people in County Durham.
• DCC is consulting on its allotments policy; please note that this does NOT include allotments in Newton Aycliffe, which are all owned by GATC.
• County Durham has been asked to host the Vélo North cycle race (which could bring up to 15,000 participants and more than 40,000 visitors to the county).
