• The ‘Philomena Protocol’ to safeguard young people in care has been launched in County Durham.
• The Xcel Centre is to host a major conference for the oil and gas industry.
• Proposed new waiting restrictions – Greenfield, UTC, Hurworth Road and Welbury Grove.
• The DCC Budget consultation has been extended to 19 October.
• Appeal to residents to complete the GAMP Area Action Partnership spending priorities for 2019-21.
• Voluntary Sector Survey (closes 5 October).
