Durham County Council report that vehicles remain on duty to salt and treat priority routes as necessary. Motorists should only make essential journeys and travel with the current conditions in mind.

Gangs have been replenishing salt bins countywide and salt bins / heaps will continue to be replenished to deal with requests.
