Sheet Anchor Investments Limited have applied to Durham County Council to redevelop the land on which “The Cubby” stood until its demolition. The site will provide 490 sqm of commercial floorspace within 4 buildings for use within Classes A1, A2, A3, A5 and D1 with associated access, car parking, and landscaping.
The plan shows one of the tenants as Costa Coffee which will definitely affect other catering establishments in the town.
