Great Aycliffe Town Council & Durham County Council
An initiative has been put forward by Aycliffe Youth Council to provide a purpose built BMX Pump track in Horndale Park (similar to the one in Woodham Park). This would be a joint partnership venture between Great Aycliffe and Middridge Partnership (GAMP) and the Town Council.
The BMX track will not be artificially lit, although some lighting will spill over from Burnhill Way.
It is estimated that the project will cost approximately £25,000 and may be funded, in the main, by the GAMP Area and Neighbourhood Budgets.
We are particularly interested in your views, as residents, in order to ensure the money is spent wisely.
To assist the Town and County Council with this project we would be grateful if you could complete the following questions.
