Neville Pharmacy is an independent pharmacy in Newton Aycliffe which specialises in the FREE delivery of medication to patients of our town and the surrounding area.
Our two delivery drivers, Irene and Don, are on duty every day to ensure that patients receive their medication to their home or place of work.
Recently, a company called Pharmacy2U have been sending unsolicited letters to patients in Newton Aycliffe which look as if they are being sent from local pharmacies or GP practices.
As a result, we have found that patients have become confused and signed up to receive their prescriptions from Pharmacy2U. This pharmacy is based in Leeds and is certainly not a local pharmacy.
Recently, LloydsPharmacy announced their intention to levy a charge on all new delivery patients.

We have invested in the use of three delivery vehicles to make sure that we are able to deliver the medicines of our local patients.
In the recent bad weather, we did not miss a single delivery and every patient received their medicines on time as usual. We even have access to a four wheel drive van to ensure that even the worst weather does not affect the quality of our service!
In our recent patient satisfaction survey, our customers rated our service 100% as excellent or very good and we received some fantastic feedback. We are very proud of this achievement.
