A large audience attended the annual Community Christmas Concert in the Leisure Centre last Sunday.
Our Town Band led the singing of Christmas carols and songs and schools, choirs, dancing groups provided great entertainment.
The Mayor passed on her Christmas greetings and the Rev. Mike Dixon gave the Christmas Blessing.
Santa Claus made an appearance and the event was a marvellous start to the festive season.
This was the 24th year of this popular event organised by the Rotary Club. It was provided free thanks to costs being covered by the Town Council and Councillors Gray, Gittins and Dixon.
The Rotary Club wish to thank all the performers for their lovely singing and dancing with special thanks to all the teachers who worked with them to provide the entertainment.
