Wow – this little lot absolutely smashed it out of the park last weekend, what an incredible performance, you truly did SHINE.
SHINE Children’s Choir took to the stage for a double performance of ‘There’s a Sunflower in my Supper’, showcasing wonderful talent, friendship, care for the environment and team work. Lots of fun, spreading joy and an important message, 52 children, aged 5-14, from across our parish, performed to a full house of proud family members, church family and invited guests.
With thanks to Mayor, Councillor John Clark, and his family for attending the evening performance and Deputy Mayor, Councillor Joanne Jones, and husband Nev, for taking time to attend.
Thank you also to St. Clare’s Church for enabling the event to happen and to those who donated their time to help in the kitchen and on stalls.
We are truly blessed to be in such a kind and caring community. Little seeds . . . we will keep on sowing.
Helen McCormick, Choir Lead
