Dear Sir,
A huge thank you to all  the wonderful children from Horndale Playing Fields, who joined in the search for my border terrier ‘Harvey’ who went missing on Sunday afternoon.
Off they went in different directions, calling his name and trying to help me. He was then found making his own way home, safe and well by fellow dog walkers who recognised him.
These children stepped in when someone needed  help and they should feel very proud of themselves.
Thank you also to Rev. Elizabeth Bland who helped with phone calls and calming me down!
