A charity event will be held on Friday 19th June 2015 at Newton Aycliffe Working Men’s Club (The Big Club). This event is in memory of Ellice Elliott’s Mam Dawn to celebrate her 50th birthday.
Dawn was an amazing lady, so friendly and loving and she touched the lives and hearts of  so many people. She was remembered by all for her big smile with bright red lipstick. Sadly she passed away quickly on 6th February 2014 at the age of 48 after a very short illness lasting 5 weeks. Dawn had been feeling poorly for a few months then on Friday 3rd January the family were told it was terminal, as cancer had spread to her liver. Dawn spent two weeks at St Teresa’s Hospice in Darlington before being moved to St Cuthbert’s Hospice for a week in Durham where she sadly passed away. She left behind three children aged 28, 21 and 17.
All money raised will be shared between St. Teresa’s Hospice in Darlington and St. Cuthbert’s Hospice in Durham. Tickets are on sale now and available from Ellice on 07875 331891 or email elliceao16@hotmail.com
