The new Chapter show home is “Aiden” a 3 bedroom available in an end or mid-terrace for £135,000 or a mid-terrace and £139,000 for an end terrace. (Sales Officer Sophie Brown in photo). An open day was held on Saturday 30th September where Chapter’s staff were around to give people tours of the property. Ashley from Instinct Financial Solutions was in attendance in order to give people free mortgage advice. In the run up to Christmas Chapter Homes are offering carpets, £750 legal fees and stamp duty paid when buyers reserve a new home by 31st October 2017.
12 families are due to move in during October and November. 39 families have moved into the development since building began. Building new houses will continue until August 2019.
