Christmas starts in Bishop Auckland on Friday 1st December at 7.30pm in St. Mary’s R.C. Church on Vart Road when all are invited to join in with Carol Singing for Everyone – in aid of Marie Curie.
This annual celebratory concert usually takes place in St. Andrew’s Church, but as it is temporarily closed for renewal of the heating system, Father Dennis has kindly agreed to host this festive event in St. Mary’s.
All monies raised will be used to provide ‘end of life care’ by Marie Curie Nurses in the Bishop Auckland area.
