Residents at Defoe Court celebrated Burns Night by enjoying Arthur, local Scottish Piper, piping in the haggis and reciting the well-known Robbie Burns poem “Address to the Haggis”. They also enjoyed a Scottish themed lunch of Haggis, Neeps and Tatties and homemade steak pie.
