From Monday 14th October 2013 Sedgefield & District Citizens Advice Bureau is joining ADVICELINE.
This is a national programme set up by the Citizens Advice Service and will, in time, be country wide.
Clients can call us Monday to Friday 10am till 4pm on 08444 111 444 or from a mobile on 0300 330 06 50. TYPETALK users should call 08444 111 445.
ADVICELINE will provide you with assisted information, or if appropriate, the opportunity to book an appointment at your nearest bureau.
If you currently have a caseworker, you should continue to contact them via their direct telephone number.  Our current 01388 825429 will no longer be answered.
