Leading international shower designer and manufacturer, Roman, had a visit from David Davis the Secretary of State for Exiting the European Union with Dehenna Davison the Conservative Parliamentary Candidate for Sedgefield. With only two days until Election Day, David Davis and Dehenna Davison were visiting prominent companies in the North East. They toured Roman’s manufacturing plant speaking with employees about their roles at Roman and their views on the election. David Osborne, Managing Director of Roman discussed the company’s manufacturing capabilities, International trade, the Made in Britain Organisation and future plans. Roman’s vast range of products has made the brand increasingly strong in key International Markets.
They supply products for Projects in over 50 markets across the world from Aycliffe. Roman was recently highlighted by the FT as one of the 1000 fastest growing Companies in Europe and recently won the Queen’s Award for International Trade. Roman have shown substantial and sustained increase in export earnings over three consecutive 12 month periods, to a level which is outstanding. The Queen’s Award for Enterprise is the most prestigious corporate accolade a UK business can win.
