Boot Camp instructor Stuart Furlonger has opened a new exercise class at Newton Aycliffe Youth and Community Centre
Want to get fit? Looking to lose weight, build body strength all whilst enjoying friendly, fun atmosphere. If the answer to the above is yes then this new exercise class may just be for you.
Kettlebell Training will start at 6:30pm – 7pm every Monday evening and is the exercise class that burns calories and melts fat fast!
It will be first come first served as there are only a limited number of kettlebells. If you have your own then you’ve got a place.
Quick warm up and we launch into 30 minutes of swings, squats, presses, targeting the whole body. Kettlebell Training will be followed by Stuart’s regular Boot Camp at 7:15pm – 8:15pm every Monday evening
The Boot Camp classes are based around simple but effective training ideas. Using bodyweight exercises to provide a workout that can burn up too 800k calories in one hour.
Pay as you go – Local – No joining fees – The right kind of workout promises results – Meet new friends and lose weight. £3 for Kettlebells workout and £3 for Boot Camp or £5 for both.
