A huge Trampoline Park has opened in Newton Aycliffe as part of exciting new activity centre ROF 59. The all-round fun complex, which incorporates a bar and lounge at its 70,000 sq ft premises on Durham Way South, Aycliffe Business Park ‘Bounce at ROF 59’ incorporates a total of 75 trampolines, including free running areas and a slam dunk, completing the venue’s remarkable makeover.
Almost £750,000 was spent on constructing a new steel frame for the venue and a further £400,000 has been spent fitting out the inside of the new building including a bar/lounge, named The Bunker, and The Blitz Restaurant.
ROF 59 also includes a maze of climbing walls for climbers of all abilities – including one of the biggest in the country, standing at 20 metres tall, as well as the new trampoline park.
Bounce at ROF 59 costs £10.50, which includes socks, with sessions held daily. Monday and Friday 11.30am-8.30pm and Tues-Thurs and Saturdays held from 10.30am-8.30pm, with Sunday sessions 10.30am-4.30pm.
It’s restricted to children aged 6+, but toddlers sessions are also starting from 21st September.
Adventure Climb at ROF 59, which is four youngsters aged from four, costs £7.50 and sessions are held Mondays and Fridays (12-9pm) and Tues-Thurs (10am-9pm), Saturdays (10am-9pm) and Sundays (10am-5pm). Party bookings can also be made and vouchers are available.
