During the past two years the Rubicon Group has been privileged to welcome people from all walks of life to St. Elizabeth’s Church Woodham.
We are now moving our regular meeting place to St. Clare’s Church in the centre of Newton Aycliffe where, over a cup of coffee, we can provide a sympathetic listening ear, not only to those suffering the pain of bereavement, but to those who have experienced the loneliness of living alone. You may need a temporary place of respite, or a regular time spent chatting to other friendly people who have experienced difficult situations.
Whatever your need, we are here to offer help, understanding and support. We meet every Thursday in the vestry of St Clare’s Church Newton Aycliffe, between 2pm – 4pm We are not a counselling service, but whether you need to speak to someone privately, or are happy to come and enjoy a cup of coffee with our informal group.
