Baltic Apprenticeships are holding a recruitment open day in Newton Aycliffe on the 26th of July and we want to meet as many school, college and university leavers as possible, as well as those looking for a new challenge.

At Baltic, we care about our local community, and we are passionate about giving back and supporting those on our doorstep. As an IT apprenticeship provider, we see first-hand how finding the right role can impact somebody’s life for the better, and with unemployment being prevalent in our area, we feel it is our duty to help. With this in mind, we want to do more. We are lucky to be in a position of growth and we are looking to expand our new business team by recruiting for a number of Junior and Graduate roles.

Running 9am until 1pm, candidates will participate in activities that will assess their suitability for the post. But we’re not looking for sales experience…we’re simply looking for applicants to possess the necessary ‘human skills’ and to demonstrate our ‘Baltic Behaviours’, in particular: Communication, Passion, Enjoyment, Curiosity and Courage.

This is a truly fantastic opportunity for attendees to showcase their individuality and what they can bring to the role of a Graduate or Junior Business Consultant, and Baltic as a whole.

This opportunity is for those who want to work in a fun and engaging environment, to work for a company who is supportive of continuous learning and development and who are committed to providing a rewarding career that can take you far.

Our belief in change is the heart of our company, but it is our people who give it life, soul and that personal touch. Although there are different roles to play in the achievement of our business vision, mission and aims we each have one thing in common: we are passionate about what we do. This is the real magic of Baltic.

Here you are part of something bigger. You’re more than a number or human resource commodity. Here you are valued for the individual contribution you make. Here you are part of our Baltic Family.
