Dear Sir,
The worst parking I have seen is a massive road markings lorry which is often parked outside the block of flats at Wolsey House in the middle of Washington Crescent.
It is either parked longways taking up half the pavement and 3 or 4 parking spaces, or it parks on the pavement! This means anyone with a wheelchair or pushchair has to walk on the road. I’ve done this several times so I’d like to inform the driver I will be reporting him next time to his works and the police.
He also parks it on a Sunday outside Tesco in a loading only area while he pops in for his shopping.
