Next weekend is The Turbinia’s Spring Beer festival. The BIGGEST & BEST yet starting with 16 CRAFT ALES, + 2 CRAFT CIDERS, Local & Regional beers. There is something for everyone, Porters, Wheat Beers, IPA’s, Bitters, Blondes & Ruby’s all ‘chilled’ & served through hand-pulls and reasonably priced at £3 pint.    Festival held in 2 rooms, 1 for entertainment, one quiet for the craic with FREE entertainment all weekend! Friday –  8pm – Open-Mic, with some outstanding local talent Saturday –  8pm – ‘THE DUST TOWN DOGS’ an excellent party band.- regulars on the main stage at ‘Stormin The Castle’ Sunday – 4pm – “THE GATECRASHERS” possibly the greatest ( & craziest ) band in North-East. Always one of the best weekends of the year, so don’t miss it
