Local girl Emma Dixon has continued a craze which is sweeping the country.
‘Aycliffe Rocks’ is Emma’s own version of the craze which encourages people to paint and leave rocks for others to find. When a rock is found you post a photo of it on the ‘Aycliffe Rocks’ Facebook page, stating where the rock was found and where you are going to leave it for others to find.
So far Emma has over 800 followers on the page and is amazed how quickly the craze is encouraging people to paint a rock and leave it for others to find.
As this is an outdoor activity it is also encouraging youngsters out of the house and away from the X-box or Playstation.
Emma visited Aycliffe Radio on Wednesday evening and discussed the craze with Amy during her Tea-Time out show, if you missed it, you can listen to he interview by going to MixCloud.com
