After returning from Bangladesh, she became a volunteer in Phil Wilson’s office as she was keen to demonstrate the importance of youth engagement in politics and why the younger generations needs to be heard.
She took a job organising the campaign for Labour MP Gloria De Piero and during this time, members of Phil’s team retired creating an opening in his constituency office.
She was offered the position of Researcher and her main role is to focus on Phil Wilson’s Constituency and the EU initiative, to find out what the best deal for the constituents of Sedgefield.
Hananah’s ambition is to secure a job where she can help people and change things to make society more equal and fair.
