On Friday 4th October the Foundation Stage at Stephenson Way Community Primary School invited their parents to come and join them for an autumn stay’n’play.
Everyone enjoyed a wide range of autumn craft activities: leaf printing, natural collages, making mice biscuits, mask making, play dough conkers, making moving scarecrows etc. followed by a delicious autumn tea which the children had baked themselves.
The event was very well attended and enjoyed by all! Stephenson Way Nursery offers 15 hours free funded places for 3 and 4 year olds. Parents can choose either morning or afternoon sessions or 2 and a half days. Lunchtime provision and wraparound care is provided by House of Eden Nursery on the school site.
