Dear Sir,
I read that our new MP, Alan Strickland, has voted against the removal of the two child benefit cap, thus condemning 500,000 children to remain in poverty.
Some of those children are in his constituency.
I do question his commitment to represent his constituents if he is so cavalier about the most disadvantaged.
I note from his Facebook profile picture that he has the Ukrainian flag on his chin. So, I expect, he agrees to spend £3 billion a year in military aid to prolong a war?
Money which, in my view, could be better spent removing the cap.
