Aycliffe Town Centre Saturday 25th November 1-5pm
Aycliffe Town Centre and Aycliffe Radio are proud to present an afternoon celebrating the wonder of Christmas with the opportunity to meet Santa and receive a FREE selection box for all accompanied children (limited stocks).
The event will also feature Christmas Carol singing from MAD Choir and the Shine Choir and a special performance by Aycliffe Pipe Band.
Our local police beat team will also be in attendance with a bouncy snow globe; Community Spirit are assisting Santa Claus to distribute selection boxes. A fairground ride and ‘VickyLuxMua’ face painter will be on site (a fee is payable for these attractions).
The FREE event takes place on Saturday 25th November in Aycliffe Town Centre from 1.00pm to 5.00pm: Aycliffe Pipe Band (1.30pm), MAD Choir (3pm), Shine Chior (4pm), Santa’s Grotto will open from 1.30pm with the day finishing at 4.45pm with the switching on of the town centre Christmas Lights by Santa Claus and Mayor, Cllr. Carl Robinson.
Wrap up warm and bring your umbrella as the weather is unpredictable this time of year. A section of the car park outside the Leisure Centre will be closed during the event.
