Aycliffe Community Engagement, (ACE) formerly Great Aycliffe Community Aid Partnership, GACAP, will be holding their June monthly meeting on Monday 3rd June. The meeting will take place at their new venue of the Phoenix Club, MacMillan Road, Newton Aycliffe, DL5 4LG, in the Upstairs Lounge. For those who have difficulty with accessing the building via the stairs, there is a lift available. ACE want to thank the club for agreeing to the use of the premises for their meetings from June forward until further notice.
The Trustees of ACE would like to thank the committee of the Big Club for allowing them the use of their buildings for their meetings and events and regret the need to relocate due to circumstances beyond the control of both the Big Club and ACE. To achieve the transition Tesco have been kind enough to offer ACE the opportunity to use their community office for appointments. Our thanks go to them too.
Guest Speaker at the meeting will be Steve Air. Steve is National Business Manager at Diamond Group, Director at Boldon Golf Club and Trustee of Barnabas Safe and Sound Charity.
Barnabas Safe & Sound aims to prevent youth homelessness in Northumberland and safeguards young people from harm through the provision of services which deliver supported accommodation, informal education, accredited life skills and personal and social development activities.
