Woodham Academy staff and students have been working hard over the last few weeks to help their local community. Students have been making hampers for Junction 7, who are a crisis intervention charity, so they can help a variety of people and operate as an emergency food bank.

Each tutor group at Woodham had the responsibility of working together to design their own hamper. Students were eager to donate food and help those in need, hoping to alleviate some of the pressures over the festive period. Woodham is extremely grateful of the community support throughout the year and hope their contribution makes a different to the lives of families in the local area.
