On Saturday 17th December, Aycliffe and District Bus Preservation Society will be opening its doors again this year, for their first ever Christmas open day, with lots to do and see including a special visit from Santa himself.
Santa will be made at home with his grotto inside one of our vintage vehicles.
Entry to the museum 10am-3pm and grotto 11am-12pm & 1pm-2pm are free, there will also be a tombola and refreshments which include tea, coffee, hot chocolate, sweet mince pies and cakes, whilst stocks last.
Come and join us at The Museum, Unit H, Durham Way South, Langton Business Park, Aycliffe Business Park, Co Durham DL5 6BL or jump on board one of our vehicles running a free service from the bus stop opposite St Clare’s Church, every hour from 10am to 2pm, returns from the museum after an hour.
