Ask yourself… Have you ever been to Allsorts Charity Shop?
If the answer is no or not for a long time, I strongly urge you to pay it a visit. Especially at this time of year. Choosing presents can pose difficulties for most of us and certainly the cost can be a problem. Allsorts can help with your choice. They have a vast amount of different gift ideas. Also, as it is a charity shop, you will find the prices easier to afford.
The shop is located at St. Clare’s Church. Just look out for the signs. They are open on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays from 10.00am to 1.00pm.
You will find some of their stock is new or as good as new. One item that we can suggest, that will make a great Christmas present, is a brand new book entitled ‘Stranger on The Shore’. Copies of this book are available at only £6.40 each and it has a five star review on Amazon. This novel is a story of love, intimacy, deceit and intrigue, set in the sixties. Seeing a stranger on the shore is normal. Actually stopping to speak to a stranger on the shore is a little unusual. When that stranger leads Neil into emotional turmoil and threatens his very being; that is very, very strange indeed.
At Allsorts you can be sure of a warm and friendly reception from Godfrey, who runs the store. “I look forward to meeting you. Do ask me about our Father Christmas Costume Hire.”
