The children and staff of St Francis’ C of E Junior school were joined by Rach from, an amazing charity run project, Pop Uk. Rach came into our school to teach us seven songs with incredible moves. Each song had its own very important message for the children to spread with their beautiful voices. We were also joined last week by Jim, from Pop UK, to record our own CD with our songs. The children were incredible and we all enjoyed our popstar experience.
Just when we thought it couldn’t get any better, on Wednesday, last week, we even held our own pop concert at St Clare’s church. We invited our parents and carers to have the most amazing Popstars experience. The children sang and danced their socks off. They were amazing! The audience participation was incredible too! We can now all add popstar to our CV’s.
We would like to thank Reverend Ann and her fantastic team at St. Clare’s church for letting us use the church for our concert, going the extra mile in supplying parents, children and staff with refreshments and for always being there for us. You continually help us shine bright and be the best we can be!
