Health and Social Care at Woodham Academy saw the return of a former health and social care student to the department.
Natalie Bradshaw was one of the first Young Apprentices in Health and Social Care and after working in many area of mental health since leaving school she is now completing her degree in this subject. Natalie worked closely with the students on issues related to stress and self esteem using a case study to show them how to identify and resolve issues using methods ranging from self help to professional support.
Natalie also gave students information on career and qualifications required for this work and the different career pathways than can be taken in mental health care.
